Dr. Sabrina Rose Lau is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area with a passion for health and metaphysical wellness. Her interest in holistic medicine began in Los Angeles when a severe skin eruption catapulted her into a transformational healing journey.

She obtained a master’s and a doctor’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from ACTCM while working as a massage therapist at Equinox. Prior to this, she cultivated foundational skills as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and Asian bodyworker specializing in Shiatsu. Her background as an artist, athlete, and yogi has forged an intuitive approach in her treatments, balancing yin and yang energies.

Born into a family that practiced Chinese herbalism, Sabrina continues to deepen her knowledge of the healing matrix and of the mind, body, and spirit connection. She considers the psychospiritual aspect and consciousness evolution as important elements in supporting her community through life’s many transitions. Dr. Yingxin Zhao (Joy) is a licensed Chinese medical physician in China, NCCAOM certified, and California licensed. She was born in China to a TCM family. Her grandfather was an experienced TCM doctor who inspired her to take an interest in Chinese medicine since childhood. Yingxin graduated from Hainan Medical University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine. She has also earned her Doctorate Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from ACTCM in San Francisco. She has been studying and practicing Chinese medicine for 11 years.

Yingxin completed her undergraduate internship at the General Hospital of PLA in Beijing, China. She had worked as a visiting physician at the No.2 TCM Hospital of Guangdong Province in Guangzhou China. She has been practicing and studying herbal medicine and acupuncture under expert mentors in Guangzhou for 4 years.
